Our principles for successful coaching:

  • We prioritize professional performance and personal satisfaction and encourage you to consider both perspectives continuously.
  • We believe in creating a safe environment and establishing an enabling relationship, which is essential for successful processes.
  • We suggest incorporating the organizational perspective by utilizing 360-degree feedback or involving other organizational team members.
  • We aim to establish a clear contract and measurable goals for the coaching process and each session.
  • We prioritize your agenda and focus on the present and future while recognizing that understanding the past can sometimes be necessary.
  • We collaboratively build the relationship between the coach and coachee, enabling development.
  • We bring our experience and personality into the process if necessary.
  • We are focused and work through critical moments, consciously addressing uncertainty and doubts.
  • We work with you as a whole person, exploring the relationship and congruence between thoughts, feelings, and actions.
  • We utilize various tools, selecting them based on the actual needs and context of the coachee.
  • We also have expertise as organizational consultants and can bring that into the process if needed.
  • We adhere to and respect the ethical principles of the International Coaching Federation.

As a first step, we propose a chemistry meeting to see if we have the first trust and mutual grounds to start the process. The coaching process can begin only after that.
