This includes finding a common direction, developing and implementing a strategy, further developing organizations or strengthening the effectiveness of managers. Based on more than 15 years of experience in leadership roles, large change projects, consulting and systemic methodological knowledge, she values a pragmatic alignment between result orientation and the concerns of the people involved.
