Thomas Mandl supports change projects in industrial and service companies with enthusiasm and commitment. He motivates people to get involved with innovations and strengthens the confidence in their own abilities.

This ensures real momentum in every project right from the start. His primary focus is on providing ongoing support to executive teams in strategy and organizational development. He offers professional moderation of internal company events as well as sparring and coaching for managers and those responsible for change management.

In over 20 years in management consulting, Thomas Mandl has gained extensive experience in various industries and many international projects. He is a qualified engineer and business economist with an MBA degree from California State University in San Francisco – he also completed extensive systemic training. Before starting consulting, Thomas Mandl was able to gain several years of international experience in the industry.
