András’ work style is described by customers as focused, goal-oriented, flexible and transparent.

After completing his master’s degree in psychology and writing his doctoral thesis on the influence of leaders on corporate culture, András worked for several consulting companies in the areas of organizational and leadership development, and transformation management.

Over the last 10 years, András has worked for large European companies, supporting medium to large-scale organizational transformations, as well as long-term, complex leadership and corporate culture development programs, sometimes in collaboration with internal consultants. In his work, he relies on his ability to efficiently manage various interest groups and quickly identifies the relevant tipping points for a successful transformation. In his leadership development processes, he supports managers and individuals in using their strengths, uniqueness and inner drives in their leadership style.
